OpenText Intelligent Capture: IaCopy failing to copy and returning error code 6016 or 4585

Issue:

IaCopy failing to copy a batch from the server to a directory.

Cause:

IaCopy settings need to be corrected/updated.

Resolution:

Error Code 6016:  Could not log in; check username, password, and domain

Error Code 4585:  This operation requires a server connection.  

 For Error Code 6016 or 4585, check IaCopy settings (Server, User, Password) under the Source tab.
