Resolution:
1. Verify that the Intelligent Capture/InputAccel Server
service is running on the server.
2. Run the Windows “ping” from the command prompt to
troubleshoot connectivity and name resolution. Ping the server by machine name, FQDN, or IP address.
3. Check port 10099.
Run PowerShell “tnc” command to check
the connection through port 10099.
Eg: tnc ServerABC -port 10099
