OpenText Intelligent Capture: In Classification, the following error occurs when processing a batch: “Exception of type 'Dispatcher.ModuleCore.Log.DiaException' was thrown”
Cause:
Image size exceeding system limit.
Resolution:
Check file size,
dpi, dimensions in pixels.
The documented maximum stage file size is 200 mb, and the recommended
size varies by module.

*Note: Since the error message is generic, there may be other causes.
Check for hotfixes and other KBs if decreasing the file size does not fix the issue.
Also, check the memory usage and restart the Classification module service to release memory.
