OpenText Intelligent Capture: How to copy batches to a directory using BatchCopy

BatchCopy.exe utility can be used to copy batches from the Intelligent Capture server to a directory.

Steps:

1. Run BatchCopy.exe
      In the Windows search tool, type in “BatchCopy” or launch "BatchCopy.exe” located under the binnt folder:  C:\Program Files                             (x86)\InputAccel\Client\binnt
















2.  Select “From server to files”


3. Select the batch(es) to copy.
    Check Copy Recognition Data to include the Advanced Recognition or Information Extraction project.
    Click Next.



4.   Select “File Directory”.
      Browse or type in the file location.  If copying one batch, you can specify the zip file name.
      Click Copy.


5.  The screenshot below shows a zip with all of the files associated with the batch.
