OpenText Intelligent Capture: How to check server or ANNUAL page count usage and availability in Intelligent Capture Administrator.

Intelligent Capture licensing is based on page counts and connections for client modules and server.  Below are steps to check SERVER or ANNUAL page count usage and availability.

Steps

Check License Codes - validate SERVER and ANNUAL licenses.

1.       Go to the License Codes page under Administrator->Licensing/Security->View License Codes

            2.       Look for the SERVER license.      

                    In this example, SERVER uses an “ANNUAL” license for the page count.

            

  

1.     Validate both SERVER and ANNUAL licenses by verifying they will not expire soon (check Valid Until date column) and the license status is "OK" (check Status column).

            The SERVER page count is the combined total pages of all ANNUAL licenses with “OK” status. 

            Do not include the ANNUAL licenses that are not valid or disabled by OpenText Licensing.               

            

Check Module Licenses – check ANNUAL Pages Available and Pages Used

                         1.    Go to the Module Licenses page under Administrator -> Licensing/Security -> View Module Licenses.

             

Check Page Count Usage report - monitor page count usage.

          1.  Go to Administrator -> Licensing/Security -> View Page Count Report.

               Select the server and click on View Usage button.
