OpenText Intelligent Capture: RecognitionModelData files downloaded using DeploymentUtility are 0 kb.
Issue:
When using DeploymentUtility.exe to download RecogntionModelData,
some data_nnnnn files are 0 kb.
No errors occurred when running the utility but there may be
incomplete data downloaded from the IEE database.
Resolution:
Apply hotfix for CAPC-19237.
Issue was found in Intelligent Capture 22.3.
