Changing User Settings
To change the user's User Settings in ApplicationXtender Administrator:
1. Go to Application Management
2. Expand the data source by clicking on it
3. Choose Web Access User Settings
3. Click the X next to Default user settings to clear that out
4. Type in username to select user
5. Make any needed changes
6. Save changes
Alternately, you can give the user "Configure Work Station" privilege to allow them to see the menu to make changes themselves:
1. Go to Application Management
2. Expand the data source by clicking on it
3. Go to Users (or Groups, depending on which level you want to set this privilege for)
4. Go to Profile - Global Profile
5. Place a check mark next to Configure Work Station
6. Save changes. This will allow the user to see a "User Settings" option under their username in Web Access in which they may make changes to their Web Access User Settings.
You may need to perform a reset of IIS to see this right away. To do so:
a. Launch an Administrative Command Prompt
b. Type IISRESET then press enter
**Please note - this will cause a temporary disruption to user access to AppXtender Web**
