AppXtender No Documents Found

In AppXtender Web Access, I receive message "No Documents Found" when documents can be retrieved when logged in as another user

This message can come up when the user running the query is not allowed to view the document according to the Document Level Security rules you have in place.     The Document Level Security setup can be reviewed in  AppXtender Administrator under Application Management - Applications - go to affected application - Document Level Security tab.  Here, you can select any field which has document level security assigned (for example Document Type) and a Group which the affected user is in.  Once selected, any rules set up will display on the right hand side.    The values can be set to Accessible or Inaccessible.     You can compare the values here to any in the document the user was trying to retrieve to see if it is is impacting the user's ability to view the document and make adjustments as needed.
